This option will be a great choice for cocktail lovers. No, you don’t have to give up all cocktails, a martini has lesser calories with about 120calories for every two and a quarter ounce. It is less heavy as compared to other cocktails and will have a much softer landing on you.
8. Light beer
Well, beer is one of the heavy calorie drinks commonly known to form beer bellies with a regular beer having about 160calories. However, choosing an option of a light beer that is sugar-free, then that will be approximately 100 calories only.
9. White wine
Dry white wines are highly recommended for this as they contain about 120calories with much lower sugar levels.
This is another cocktail that you need to consider to drink for lesser calories. It is quite a refreshing drink and is a favourite of many grapefruit lovers. It contains tequila, grapefruit juice soda water, and some lime juice. It is light and polite and acts as a great alternative for margaritas.
